WW1 Pre-Release time-locked version not installing

Hi, I am trying to reinstall the game but I purchased it as a pre-order and the time-lock is preventing the game from installing.
How do I fix this?

Not enough clear your situation...
Have you uninstalled the previous version of WW1?
Once uninstalled, install the WW1 Gold full version, that I suppose you (have to?) purchase...

Hello Calvinus!
Sorry if I was not clear:
I preordered the original game (2008), which I pre-installed before release. On the day of release it was 'unlocked' and I could play.
Now, since then, I have reformatted my PC and come to reinstall it.
However, I get this and there is no option to unlock it (no unlock patch)

Ouch! I've no idea of what can be the cause of this weird block, because the pre-order software has not been developed by me...

So I guess you installed successfully the game in the end, right?
How did you do?
The message says you have to run the Config Tool and type your serial key. I suppose you have a serial key, provided you purchased the game in 2008.
If you already typed the serial and the game is not accepting it anyway, it could mean the serial has not been saved, because you haven't the priviledges for overwriting the WW1.ini and Serial.ini files (where the serial is stored): possible causes... UAC on (this makes the game almost unplayable! Install and run the game with UAC off!) and/or no PC Administrator priviledges when logged in the OS.

Sorry, no I did not successfully get the game to work. I thought installing patch 1.07 would 'fix' the pre-install issue.
Game is not working...I don't know what to do to fix it.

You can send PhilThib a PM asking him the download link to the WW1 full installer, pre-Gold version. I guess it should work with no check on pre-order timestamp...
