Loading Problems

I now have another problem. Though it is no longer saying that the serial key is wrong I now have an Microsoft Cisual C++ Debug library message - Debug Assertion Failed. No idea what this means but it stops the game from running.
I have turned off UAC, run as administrator. I am using Vista and the new Gold patch.

The game must be installed and run with UAC off and being logged is as PC Administrator. Have you done so?
