Have experienced a game freeze in September 1915 turn as the French. Seems to freeze at the politics screen. Save attached.

If you are in Military phase and you installed the beta patch 1.08C and there are some isolated AI stacks, you are surely experiencing the looong AI thinking time I've informed about (http://www.ageod-forum.com/showthread.php?p=178199#post178199), caused by urgent escape procedures of isolated stacks.

This glitch is already fixed for the incoming official patch 1.08D.

Another (rare) cause can be: AI freezes when all land forces have been annihilated. It could happen with minors, such as Serbia for instance, who never surrenders!

In such a case, it's just fixed now.

Calvinus,

Attached is the requested .MAP file. I thought that maybe 1.08C and the long AI thinking time might be the issue...but Win 7 task manager is showing the program as not responding  .

Thanks.

There are several AI isolated stacks, so it's definitively the 1.08C long AI thinking time. In fact, under 1.08D (currently under work) I have no freeze.

The official patch 1.08D will be published as soon the German and Spanish translation of new texts is available... :siffle:

Are you looking at any particular time frame for posting the new 1.08D, i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ???

The 1.08D is formally ready. I'm simply waiting for translations into German and Spanish language of all new game texts of Tutorial #4... :siffle:

Yet no volunteers. :(

Maybe it'll be better to ask in the german and spanish forums... Yet, I'm not sure it'll be efficient... So I guess we'll have to tempt some guys from the Paradox forums!

You might want to post a separate thread requesting the translation help on both AGEOD's and Matrix's World War One site.

I suspect that if more people knew that 1.08D is being held up due to something that they could help with, you may have more volunteers.

A German translator is already at work, I hope.

Still waiting for a Spanish volunteer.
