Does this game run under Windows 10?

Does this game run under Windows 10? It ran on this PC years ago under Win 7 before I upgraded the OS
I dusted this game off for Christmas and installed the 1.08 patch.
It is a legal copy of the Gold version with correct serial installed.
I get the following error:

Yes - at least on my Lenovo laptop with integrated graphics.

debug assertion is something to do with C++ so try searching for that.
Various solutions have worked but not all the same for all people.

I hope that points you in the right direction.

Did you try running with the Windows 7 emulator, that is, using the option to run in admin mode in an earlier version. This is what I do and it works mostly fine, a few graphical glitches is all.
