For the example for the central powers I'd like to send 3 corps as reinforcements to Metz in turn 1. What I am doing now which is tiresome is having to trace for each corp the railroad route. Takes alot of time and reduce my enjoyment of the game. Thanks.
Your question is not enough clear to me.
If you mean you have 3 new reinforcement corps, you have simply to drag them from the Reinforcement bar to the target HQ/det (you can also perform a multiple selection and drag of the corps by clicking on the three corps with the CTRL key pressed).
Instead, if you mean you want to move 3 corps actually already deployed on the map from one place to another, there are three possibilities:
a) if the source
Detachment belong to the
same army of the target
HQ, simply use the
reserves (move the corps from the det to the reserves, and then to the first line of the HQ, respecting the reserves and the stacking limits, of course).
b) in all other circumstances, during the
Military phase, you have to use the movement (normal, administrative, rail), no way, sorry...
c) finally, during the first
Redeployment phase of the year, you can redistribute freely all your nation forces,
within the same Front.

I suffer from slow-downs too when the antivirus is scanning my PC in background.
