Even if people don't want to do a classic AAR, please try and give us a turn by turn like so... You can just edit your OP if you want. People will be interested in how everyone else is progressing for sure.

I appreciate the screen shots you've included, Daxil. I was wondering how you managed to edit out all units from the picture.

Also, just to be sure... 420/1230 is casualties for each side...?

You just hit CTRL F4 to mask the units\. You got the other one right. That's casualties.

POW (taken by) CSA 0 / POW USA 200
KIA CSA 2550 / USA 1200

johnnycai wins on points 231-149

Just as a side note, I think about 4 times as many soldiers froze/starved to death for both sides than were KiA.

I got hit by\ the perfect storm of a nasty browser virus (damn you pron!) and processor death almost simultaneously which killed my motherboard and therefore access to aacw, so have to concede this game. Good job John!

Looking forward to your match with Manstein.

Hi Daxil,
Yes this is a shame, I guess you dont expect to be up and running with a new rig for a while then?

Let us know, I dont want the tournament originator to concede if it can be avoided.

We're snowed in here now so I'm not sure how long it will take to get a new comp and recover my hard drive's data. I'm guessing first week of January. Unless there is some way I can get an AACW copy on this laptop I'm done. I'll contact Ageod and see if it's possible... Rafiki informs me that it is so standby.

I have it installed but am having problems: 1. I sent a 1.12 turn for a separate game I am playing with Aryaman and it asked for a password on his end, which neither of us have. It could be due to the fact i am now using Vista and had XP earlier? Secondly finding 1.11d seems elusive. Still working on this, just wanted to keep you posted.

I had my game suddenly starting to ask for a password to.

I played an other game that had a password, and the system seems to ask a password when you hit "load a game" instead of when you ask to load a specific saved game. (A bug according to me). So when you have one saved game with a password, you need to give the password each time you want to load a game.

I solved this (after first using the password for that other saved game to acces the not password protected saves) by deleting all other saved games. Now the system does not ask for a password anymore...

He couldn't get it to work with any known password, anyways.
