Fixed 1915, 1916 Scenarios

Tue Jul 05, 2016 1:05 am

Activities here seem to indicate that there may be some life in the old girl still.

Find below edited files for the 1915 and 1916 scenarios, in the stock game some formations intended to be stacked with or part of armies of other nationalities do not appear. Drop these into your WW1G MODS folder and activate with JSGME.

1915 Scenario:

- Naval losses and reinforcements updated for April 1915
- British and French Marines, which fail to appear in Stock are now part of the Belgian Army
- The French VIII Corps, which fails to appear in Stock are part of the British Fifth Army in Kum Kale
- The British Mediterranean Fleet is now based at Moudros rather than Alexandria.

1916 Scenario

- Naval losses and reinforcements updated for January 1916
- British and French Marines, which fail to appear in Stock are now part of the Belgian Army
- German Eleventh Army is now stacked with the Turkish and Bulgarian corps. Game limitations prevent these units (three-corps) from being incorporated into the German army.
- British ammunition and Russian National Will have been slightly reduced.

Hey Random
Glad to see you still active with this great game. Any recent changes to the 1915/16 scenarios from what you gave me in 2014? Also the "Fixed Scenario.zip" file does not contain any files.

Hey Jack. The missing land units are now included. As I recall what I gave you were edited scenarios that were saved at the first turn, these are the start-from-scratch versions. Thanks for the heads up on the empty folder, no idea how I managed that but it's now corrected. Cheers.
