Units eliminated not reducing RP stock

Thu Jan 03, 2013 6:41 pm

Hi Calvinus,

Have noticed something which may be a bug although it's no big deal. When a combat result of CR_Eliminated or MR_Eliminated occurs the RP stock level for the country involved is not reduced by 1. According to the rules it should be. Not a big issue but if you are doing another patch you may wish to put it in.

Thanks,
Rob

Ok fixed this too. :)

Edit: indeed it was a WAD... what is the rule exactly?

Thanks Calvinus.

Page 46 of the game manual says...

If the result is an “E”, the unit is automatically eliminated, with 2 losses and the loss of 1 RP.

RGA, you wrote it's not a "big deal", but it has now hardly changed the gameplay...

Eliminated units now have a strong impact on RP stocks, nations with low quality troops (i.e.: Russia) now heavily suffer such losses, eh eh! :neener:
