I buy world war one from gamersgate.com half a year ago and it's runs fine....untill last week I purchare gold edition......
I just find the old Serial isn't work! The game don't let me in
(Serial number is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX,is it right?)

When I download gold edition,is it require a new Serial number?
How can I find it?

When you downloaded/bought it, you received a NEW serial to activate the game. Check your mailbox.

EDIT: Ok, everything is cool now, you can play for the whole night.
