C’est magnifique, mais ce n’est pas la guerre: c'est de la folie.

Well I got this yesterday because it was there and it was Remembrance Sunday.

Congratulations on persisting to make it a working game and respect for the gentlemanly policy of offering refunds a few months ago after the initial debacle.

I'm afraid I got lost in the second tutorial but never mind; I'll never get the hang of this one and Life is too short.

If you can produce something this complex maybe it's your turn to produce a version of "Diplomacy"

Whatever, never mind.

Was the map orientation inspired by someone with a liking for the old song "Substitute" by The Who which contains the words:

"The north side of my town faced east, and the east was facing south"

Perhaps I'll try the game again when the gold version is out, and if any of the developers read this - is there a way to make the map brighter or lighter - I put my screen on full brightness but still found it quite dark.

Merry Christmas

The new map colours are much brighter.
The artist still has some work to do on rendering the even brighter (a problem we often face, because bright maps made with Apple Mac computers turn fade when they are converted to Windows...who knows why :bonk :)

Thank you PhilThib for replying. You guys are so good at customer service.

I'm sorry to hear you've been "annexed" by Paradox but that is probably the least bad outcome, and certainly better than folding completely.

I admire people who set up on their own in business and you have produced some great games and built a loyal fan base.

It is sad to lose one's independence, but please do not give up making games.

Good luck, or rather bon chance.

'Twas a diplomatic annexation. Both annexer and annexee get to be happy with it :)

From what I've heard from the Phils, they have no intention, what-so-ever, of giving up making games (which is pretty good news for us fans)
