Hello downloaded the demo some time ago trying it out but it seams that my boys don't want to dig in :( how to force my guys to do it??

I don't fully understand your question. Do you mean your forces yet did not moved to Trench warfare? If so, this happens in the first months of 1915.

Or do you mean the level of trenches is yet zero? If so, consider this level increases if some key technological improvements are successfully researched and adopted (machine guns, mortars, etc.).

Is there a template for the reaserch i need to conduct to build trenches??? My doctrine moved to firepower doctrine :) what is the most chellenging setting of the AI? Difficoulty Level max but when i set Agressivnes max AI just throws its units on me without any sense untill it runs out of troops

You never want the AI to be highly aggressive in any strategy game, as it does just what you say, and attacks at any opportunity, even if the odds are highly stacked against them. Best to use Normal aggression (so the AI will only attack if the opportunity is good), but maximum difficulty (as this affects just you).
