Can someone provide a detailed explanation of how the Historical War Plan Event works?

Do you need to move your units or is that automatic?

For example, what should happen if the Austrians change from a Serbia First using the Historical War Plan Event?

The setup is not affected, but the rules for mandatory offensives are replaced by those ones of the historical warplan, while the NW and events values are istead not touched. I hope I've forgot nothing... :wacko:
