I was able to build this army for no cost as soon as England entered the war. I have an event that makes me think he and his units should only enter after it is played.

Yes, in theory the Arab army HQ may be built using the Recruitments window. Anyway this HQ comes to play empty, and when you play the "Lawrence of Arabia" event, it should be automatically teleported in Hedjaz with the Arab corps inside...

So it's a nonsense to build it.

OK, but players should be warned / made aware about this... or remove this HQ from builds... :cool:
