No CP cavalry to be built in 05h?

In my current game (1.05h) as the CP player I am unable to build cavalry - none being displayed in the build screen, neither for Germany, nor for AH. Intended adaptation in the database or minor corruption?

If no cav is displayed, it means all cavalries are deployed on the map or scheduled as future reinforcements.
