This could make a very good game with WW 1 GG engine, lots of players (Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Montene., Ottomans) with two wars against different ennemies. Just a suggestion, as there is still work to do on current game

Yes it could be done with a mod, altought it would be at least at divisional or brigade level.

Units (sizes) can be easily modded... the modding folder in the game has almost everything that would need tweaking

Maybe something for VGN

Both Blakan Wars can be seen as a prelude to WW1 where former allies (Bolgaria and Serbia) became enemies afterwards.
TOAW covered it nicely, but AGEOD can/could do it better.
