I played 10 turns with 105e.,in 2 seperate games. Then another 5 turns with 105f.. all as the central powers. Not once,in all 15 turns, have I held the Initiative on any front. The entente moves first on all turns. I can't even get an initiative event.

Have others experienced this? Or am I just getting bad luck with initiative determination?
I just wonder because I never had a cold streak like this before 105e. :confused:

This is indeed a matter I should investigate about...
GHQ initiative value is determinant here. Ok I will make some tests very soon.
