Army Activation

Can't advance turn because all armies not activated. How do I activate armies to proceed? Thanks.

They will have flags next to them that need to be given orders. You've probley over looked one here or there. ;)

Also, provided you are playing in Army-by-army activation mode, it's much better you activate all your armies... The one you have chosen, is a complex play mode, for "geeks"! :D

detached forces are currently immobilized

A white lock appears by many of the German armies in the early part of the Grand Campaign and says "detached are forces are immobilized". I can't figure out how to mobilize them. The box for strict turn by turn play is not checked. Thanks for any help you can give.

This is part of the scenario: the very first turn of the GC represents the first week or so of the war, so almost all units are immobilized (they are completing their mobilization)... hence the lock. Wait till September :)
