Bug? can't play rohr event?

I'm Germany and can't play the Rohr event in event phase? It's not grayed out? What's the deal?

Although, its hidden in the details of the event. My guess is it can not be played until Sept 1915.

Yesterday I fixed a minor bug in Turn Number checks for events play (French forum notified the "Additional Munitions" event was never playable). I guess this is the case of this event too. Next patch.

What about the other events like JC Fuller et al event? Can you use it as the CP or will you just be helping the allies?

You'll be helping the Entente...so herd them....we shall see later if we can find some way to discard them harmlessly

Hehe, can't we just exchange them for those that are valuable to us but in the other players hand?

BTW the Rohr event is nearly useless because Stormtroops are the easiest thing to research as the Germans. By Sep 1915 I'd normally have them ready to be commited to battle, which I can't because I have to commit them somehow in a Grand Offensive.

I think you need a war doctrine of 'Infiltration tactics' to user Stormtroopers or tanks. But I'm not sure as I never have got that far.

One thing about the events. Some events are supposed to have limited duration. Like the Mata Hari and Bolo events. Yet they normally never disappear and basically once you have them, both fronts are visible to you for the duration of the war. Am I right or am I missing something?
