Question on Patchs-current game.

After you patch. Do you have too start a New game or can you continue with your current game after installing the new patch?

The reason I am asking is because in my game against the AI I have laid patch 104d over "c" and now 104e over "d". All in the same Grand campaign game.

I have not started a new game after each patching. Problem/no problem?
