Sorry if I didnt notice it somewhere in the game, but: Is this possible to loan economic points, money or ammo to an ally?

As far I remember a/the major strategic reason for the Entente Dardanelles adventure was to got the black sea open for transporting ammunition to Russia. Those days Murmansk wasn't a big place and I'm not sure if the rails south already existed.

Regards

Yes, sure, it's possible. Go to the Diplomacy Window and click on "Economic Aids": the current nation displayed on the Dip. Win. will be the target, so you will see the Loans Window, being asked to select (first) the nation who loans the money and (second) the amount of money... Undo actions are also possible (called "Negate aids"). Please note that each nation has particular constraints in the max amount of money she can give and receive in loan.

One question I have is, does special diplo actions (declare War, Economic Aid, surrender) count as a diplomatic action like ask audience?? In my game as A-H (four players so germany always does the diplo) I would have liked to ask for help from the germans but I can't. Does a A-H diplomat needs to be present in germany for this?

They are not considered diplomatic missions. Check what the tooltip says exactly and you will know why your Austrians cannot get economic aid from the Germans. Probably wrong game phase...

Okay good, cause the Ottomans will sure need EP and ammunitions from their allies (as they were historically) .
