Couple of questions on the naval 1.If you move a fleet to a sea zone and put it on patrol can you just leave it there,or do you have to return it to port on the next turn? 2. Is there any way to move Spee from the Pacific to the Atlantic Via Cape Horn?

Yes, you can keep there (risky).

For the move, it's possible of course. Adjacency corners are ok.
