Just finished this short scenario playing Austria. End result was an Ottoman victory over the British? A bug me thinks?

You are the second person who reports that... and I did not find any text for such a result! Can you please post a screenshot if you can? I'm puzzled!

Did you play the Palestine scenario prior to that, before restarting the entire software?

Happened too quick to get a screenshot but yes I had played Palestine scenario before.

Ok then, I think Calvinus already knows about this bug: unless you restart the game, you always get the first victory screen you received.

Ok, that tip has been decisive and I managed to figure out the cause. I will test tonight the fix.

You actually finished this one? I've tried 6 times and had 6 crashes! Oh well.

Yes i got through it ok!
I did notice though that some areas were blanked out with no flags and with no movement in or out of.
I assume this is intentional as they form the scenario border. But 2 areas are in the austrain setup and also contains units, so they can't be moved or attacked with. Is this right?

Well I just had a CTD and i think these areas are the cause of it.
It Sachsenburg and the 2 areas adjacent that are blanked out.

These are "impassable" areas, no worry, no bug.

Even though one contains an Austrian army, making it unmoveable?

Given Conrad von Hötzendorf's record as commander of the Austro-Hungarian army - are you surprised?

They are impassable for everybody, stop. They have been introduced to simulate the high peaks of mountains (Alps), the lakes, and so on...

calvinus, I think the question is not why there are impassable areas, but why there is an army in an impassable area in that scenario.

I have a CTD in the scenario after the first battle. I am attacking with Von Below's corps into Caporetto, after the battle, CTD with Vista Basic. 1.04d patch.
