circular marching

In AGE engine games, holding shift makes it possible to march through the starting place. Is there a way to do this in WW1:LGG?

No, sorry. What's the purpose of such a weird marching mode?
In WW1 game you are commonly not required to do "patrol" moves...

E.g. I have a stack in Basra. I want to chase out an enemy along the road heading northwest, but there is another enemy next to it. I want to head back to Basra so the Turk can't sneak behind me and nab Basra.
Now that I think about it, movement stops at combat, so it's not possible...

Also, I do not remember if circular moves are allowed in original boardgame rules.
