grand offensives in 1915?

is it possiable to plan a grand offensive for 1915?

i got to the end of 1914 interphase but i couldnt open the grand offensive window.

im playing entante in the 2 player campaign. all my armys are still in transition to trenches, is that the reason i cant plan a GO yet?

does this mean no i'll have no GO's at all in 1915?


sorry if this has been asked before. im partially color blind and have a hell of a time getting past the bot guard so i can use the search function.

yes. you can plan after you switch over
