Know the friendly railroads

Hi

How is it possible to know if the railroad is friendly ?
I select the rail-movement of an army or detachment and I see the regions it can move, but this is not a fast way. Is it anything faster or easier ?

if you own the region the railroads are yours to use unless they have a destroyed icon sign sitting on them.

its been that way in my experiance anyway.
