Is it advisable to declare war on Luxemburg as Germany? Is there any advantage in doing so?

It mostly depends on your initial warplans: the historical one allows you to be in Luxemburg (and to conquer it) from start... so no need.

In other plans, it all depends whether you plan to use it (either as a way to enter France / Belgium) or if it is better to keep it as a neutral buffer
