questions around interphase and redeployment...

Mon Jan 05, 2009 8:40 pm

I reached my first interphase following the Nov - Dec 1914 turn. Top right shows Nov - Dec 1914 and bottom right reads Interphase. I made diplomatic moves and planed munitions and replacement flow and scheduled new corps and artillery for the CP.
How do I change Generals from one Army to another? I some how went right by that and am now in the redeployment phase. Says Jan- Feb 1915 at top right and reads Redeployment at lower right. How exactly is redeployment done? Is it Drag and drop and is it immediate? Is it only from one front to another? Can corps be redeployed from one front to and army in another front?
I need some sprecific instructions. Thanks.

Replacing Generals:

First you order up a general from your politcal events menu. It will show near the top what your % chance of succeeding is. Then if you succeed? A general or admiral will appear in your replacement window in the reinforcement phase. You cannot control which type appears. Or I haven't been able to figure out how you control it.

Redeployment. Just drag and drop. It must be a region you control, and you must have a viable movement path.

You have to sack the first general, before you can appoint one to his army. And I'm fuzzy on whether you can move one from one army to another.
You'll have to get an answer from a higher source than I for this one. :)
