V1.05c Nov-Dec 1914.

The German I and II Jagd have fought two turns of aerial battles with the French, now over Montmedy the French are not committing any aircraft, so "Engage" does nothing and I cannot flee or go to the next battle - stuck! I have tried putting the aircraft into various combinations of left and right flank, first and second line, and tried the AI advisor, but nothing works.

I think naval battles used to have the same problem?

There is a bug in air combat. Calvinus has fixed it,but we have to wait till he is back at work. Meanwhile don't use any air missions.

Yes, I confirm what written by VonRocko.

Unfortunately I cannot produce a new patch, and you have to wait... sorry.

In the meanwhile, another "manual fix" you can do is to open the GameRules.CSV DB (using MS Excel). The DB is located in the [game dir]\Data\DB folder.

Go to the row #232, tagged ISD, and modify the "value" (column #2 I rememebr...) from 1 to -1.

No problems, I have got round it by cancelling these aircrafts' missions: all other fronts are working fine.

On the naval side, I had the German Pacific fleet fight a battle at the Falklands with an 'empty' enemy force - I hit "Engage" and resolution went on to the next battle... but at the end of the Military phase, Graf von Spee was credited with a Major Victory with the usual 3 NW points gained or lost all round.

Are you sure you did not have the little red message "retreat attempt successful" for your enemy in that battle? The NW thingie is still strange though.
