Hannibal: Terror of Rome goes into Beta

Thu Apr 24, 2014 4:34 pm

Hannibal: Terror of Rome, the upcoming game in the Alea Jacta Est series, has entered into the beta phase and we need you to help us test it. If you have the time and skills available, then sign up! Break our game and tell us how you did it, so we can squash those bugs before release.

Hannibal: Terror of Rome covers the epic wars waged from 230 to 201 BC by the two superpowers of the Ancient World: Carthage and Rome. You will be able to relive the Second Punic War and the face-off between Hannibal with his elephants and the Roman general Scipio Africanus. As the player, you can take part in the first conquests of the Roman Republic (295 to 238 BC) and challenge the best strategists of the period such as Pyrrhus of Epirus or Hamilcar Barca. You can also join the other side and develop cunning plans to defeat the fearsome Roman legions!

Click here to sign up for the beta.
