Does sound like a dream job! (I've never gotten work on PC game systems. Did design behind the scenes architecture for an Internet multi-player gaming system. It was one of the few gaming sites with an architecture more like a trading floor of an exchange than your typical Web implementation --- elastic queues and such ... aah, my Wall St. days.)

Maybe when you open your North American branch office.

I assume the job pays in something beyond BoA supply chips. :)

I think you are not the only one thinking that... getting paid for what you love to do. :niark:

Well, you have luck... there are a lot more possibilities for that... in my case, i have to wait for the South American branch office... :bonk:
Unless, of course, i go to Lyon and start living below a bridge or something... :cuit: :niark:

So, will you be the first one to work on the code after Pocus? Tell us in a few weeks if it is a masterpiece of clarity or a bowl of noodles. :)

Over at the Panther Games beta forums, we are discussing a particular programming project and things to keep in mind while coding. Someone provided this really hilarious link:

http://thc.org/root/phun/unmaintain.html

I am sure, Pocus, being a professional has all this stuff covered already, but if there are any aspiring game programmers out there they might find this a useful point of departure. :)
