I do not think that's a bad one really... he describes that he doesn't like those types of games because they are too complex for his taste... and so, he completelly avoids making a review about the game. He just comments some loose stuff about it and that's it.
Then, he just says that the game is not for "casuals" that do not like complex strategy games (like him)... that's good?... or bad?... who knows...
