Birth of America Review @ Out of Eight

Sun Feb 26, 2006 9:07 pm

A Birth of America review has been posted at Out of Eight PC Game Reviews:

http://jaguarusf.blogspot.com/2006/02/birth-of-america-review.html

Birth of America is only the second game to receive an 8/8 (the other being Civilization IV) among the 80 or so games I have reviewed. Congratulations!

I don't think I called the game "Battle of America" once. I'm so proud of myself!

Congrats to the development team!

I hope you can turn this into a sales success as well!

Great job. I still think that "birth" is a strange word with which to begin a wargame title, but I'll get over it ... You've got to cut some slack to the people who brought English such gems as "ennui," "femme fatale," "reconnaissance," "en passant," and the epic "pissoir."
