Hi there,

I'm wondering whether there're some limitations regarding size of mp3 music files in WIA. Got indeed some issues when adding new tunes or hymns (like French fifes & drums or Hymne de la Maison de Bourbon).
Provided the .ini is modified accordingly, the music starts to play, then suddenly stops after a few seconds with an ungodly CTD. wtf ??!!


Any ideas or is it just me ?

Reading this thread made me realize that I have something like 33 fife and drum sound clips in my WIA game, but only two of them are French (the rest are soundclips from the Middlesex County Volunteers).

Thank you for the two clips you provided -- they're installed in my sound folder and I've actually heard them play. Do you know of any other readily available sources for early French military music? The anglophone imbalance of my sound folder is a bit overwhelming.

If I'm correct:
. The 2 mp3 files are to be added in \WIA\Sounds folder.
. The Musics.ini file here is to be edited by adding in the end:
"Music14 = Fanfan_la_Tulipe.mp3
Music15 = Aupres_de_ma_blonde.mp3"
