Game constantly crashing

Getting persistent script errors that are crashing the game. Have restarted, reinstalled BOA2, updated drivers, reinstalled directx, and so on. I even went and purchased a new copy from gamersgate -- same deal. Also noticed that the TMediaLiberian isn't finding files. Any suggestions? I am running Win64 and are using latest patch.

Is there a reason why the update button doesn't work? :blink:

With Windows, always be sure the patch goes to the correct location:
in this case D:\Games\BOA2

I totally understand. When you are updating by adding the patch, watch the screen. The default is to update the patch in WIA/WIA, which you do not want. Update to WIA.
Once you see this you will get it. When you open the game, you will see the name of the new patch in the bottom right corner of your screen. If you do not see this, check once the game is open.

The patch fetchs the directory from the registry, there is no real default like WIA\WIA or others. Perhaps some installation went bad and the registry stored a faulty path. In anycase, it might be important to check that the path the patch want to install to is the path of your game, for example C:\Games\War in Americas

But never specify \WIA anyway, so never C:\Games\War in Americas\WIA

you game path ends with War in Americas, in all cases.
