The system does not seem to willing to accept my serial number. I have used the one from the back of the manual with hyphens as appropriate. The game was bought in a store (in the UK), and seemed to install fine.

I enter the code - it says my serial number has been saved - then I get told it does not have the expected length.

So far as I can tell it has been input exactly as it says on the back of the manual.

Please send a PM to Pocus with the serial in question, and your coordinates, so we are able to fix this. Thanks
