Critical Errors

Fri Aug 15, 2008 2:40 am

Everytime I play the game since the latest patch, I get a critical error. I'm currently trying to play the French Indian War. It seems to happen while it's processing the turns. I've included the most recent "MainLog" file for your review. Thanks for the help.

Hmmm. Nothing obvious there.

Can you zip and upload the latest turn save files? :)

I cleared out all of my previous saves and started fresh today. It only took 2 turns to get the errors I've been receiving since the patch. I've included an image of the error, as well as the files you requested. Please let me know if you see anything, as it's really become unbearable to play. Unfortunately I do have Vista, however I have all the latest drivers, plenty of RAM and HD space, and a Dual Core 2.8 Processor. I also haven't had this problem with any other application up until now, so I'm hoping it's something we can rectify. Thanks again for your help.

Hi Shawn06260. I have had the same issues only w/ Windows XP. I have sent the AGEOD team saves, etc. w/o any resolution to the problem yet. I feel your pain...I can go 2 turns and a crash or 20 turns and crash. No consistent pattern and no idea why. I have no problems w/ other games, including BOA and ACW. AGEOD has always provided excellent support and hopefully will find the problem.
