Battle Results Headlines Not Displaying

Strange thing happening -- while the detailed results are displayed, the headline results, i.e., "Battle of Charleston --American Victory" are no longer appearing. I have upgraded to 1.01d. I'm thinking this might be a system-setting issue with certain fonts.

OK, I uninstalled/reinstalled the game, updated to 1.01f, and tried a scenario. The battle results headlines STILL don't appear.

sorry for the late reply.

Please try this:
In the game directory you can find a subdirectory which contains the fonts used in the game: ...\WIA\Fonts\. Please copy the files to your Windows fonts directory (WINDOWS\Fonts\) or register the fonts via the Windows Control Panel. Restart your computer. After this check if now everything is correctly displayed.
