Issues concerning "Stalemate in the lakes" scenario

Playing a PBEM game with the British I´ve found those:
- The Isle Orleans coastal region cannot be enter in the scenario; what IMO has little sense: Quebec harbor can only be enter from here, what means bateaux flotilla in Laurent river cannot do it. I think it would be logical to allow it to let the flotilla take British reinforcements river up to Montreal.
- Tecumseh and some indian units go home when first winter comes. They appear again in spring, but in a region that cannot be enter in the scenario, what means they are destroyed "by lack of proper transport", as the messages says.
