Total combat losses

As new Sharpe Series fan I ran NPC to play it a bit and there is one one specific thing I would really like to have enabled in WiA - TOTAL COMBAT LOSSES.
No idea why this is in NPC and not in WiA even if the later uses a more "simplified" engine.
