San Antonio

Wed May 27, 2009 5:47 pm

This may be a minor thing, but I noticed in both AACW and WiA, that San Antonio, my hometown, is shown with snow during the winter months.

It almost NEVER snows in San Antonio, even in the depths of winter.
An inch of snow shuts down the city, it's that rare.

It may get cold and wet, but that's it, hardly ever snow.

Just a suggested change. :hat:

While we are on the subject, I noticed in the FIW scenario it isn't even on the map in Texas.

San Antonio was founded in 1718, so by 1755 it should be on the map, even if only level 1.

Keep in mind that weather patterns have changed since the 18th and 19th centuries :)

That said, I have no knowledge about the specifics of these weather patterns; neither now nor then ;)
