Playing with latest public beta patch I have seen that the razing depots issue from AACW is present here too. Also when as the Brits you give "concessions to France", the -5 to FE does not seem to be happening. One last observation concerns Von Heister, he has a command usage of 1, even when he is stacked on his own.
