Louisburg expeditionary force

Playing FIW Brits, latest patch and com mod. Have just had the Louisburg expeditionary force arrive in Halifax but received no text message to inform me that reinforcements had arrived.

Also have just had John Forbes and his detachment arrive in New York, again with no text message.
