To my knowledge, no-one is. The AACWWiki does have a fair amount of useful stuff in it, but it has been stagnating a bit since there haven't been too many updates and additions in recent months (i.e. almost none at all), and speaking for myself, I'm reluctant to spearhead any new wiki unless I have good indications that it will have at least a few active contributors to provide content.
That said, there are other possibilities that can be explored while the foundation of a wiki manifests itself: whenever people wish to put together FAQs, guids and overviews for WIA here at the forums, I'll do my best to make them both visible and easily accessible; I hope to see such postings as people become more familiar with the game
