I am not entirely sure the manual (the small part i've read) mentions the fact that the points listed in the top left panel and the National morale coefficient are not the same thing. I was surprised when Pocus pointed this concept out, are you sure this is wad?

Yes, the NM coefficient is a tiered modifier to various things, and it is calculated by rounding the actual NM up to the nearest level in the tier.

Works just the same in AACW, BTW :)

But in AACW u see NM=110 and it is 110. Here u see NM= 90 and then u read 95% in the tooltip, Raf.

Then in AACW there is a tier at 110, and 110 rounded up to the next tier will also be 110.

Wait a moment, u mean there's a tooltip on the NM/VP window in AACW and it works exactly as in WiA (showing tiers in tooltip rather than the value shown in the top left window)?

It shows the NM coefficient, yes.

(Do note, though, all this is IIRC :) )

Fear not, for you will find it in the list of "Acronyms, abbreviations and general glossary (FYI, AFAIK & IIRC)" :)
