Special Orders question

I cannot find the two tabs for Special Orders (tent and sword) that is mentioned in the manual and is incorporated in ACW. I see the special orders but they seem limited in scope and was expecting another tab including more. For example, combining leaders with regiments; destroying depots; etc.

Sorry, seems an error in the manual. There is only one page of special orders. If a group doesn't have the abilities or resources, the special order button might not be displayed. An overview of the special orders available in WIA can also found here:
