Stupid thing to put new bought guns near the Britishs !

Erf, i'm angry ! 
With the military options board i bought expensive siege guns at the cost of 20 EP.
And at the end of the turn the game put the guns in an empty province near Philadelphia, immediatly near a strong british army.
I tried to escape my new guns but they are too slow and Britishs took these guns for free.
I don't understand why these guns did not appear inside a major continental army !
