Irregulars

Is it possible for Indians and other irregulars to destroy structures? I know they can destroy depots. But can they affect structures in any way?
They can capture Harbors, Depots and Indian Villlages.
They can destroy Level 1 Depots, Settlements and Stockades.
Cities and Forts are "immune"
