I have seen somewhere that the french won victory points by pillaging the 13 colonies. How does it work?

IIRC, You gain VP for regions pillaged that contain structures. See 10.6 in Manual

Yes I saw that but it doesn't explain how it's calculated. Do I get more points for pillaging Boston than some border province? Do the stance of my irregulars and indians counts?
