About Berto's Weather Mod

Thu Sep 01, 2011 10:08 pm

For Lodilefty: will this mod be incorporated into the 1.08 patch? It IS an improvement over the default weather, and in my humble opinion, should be included.

Even if isn't included in the official patch update, I will continue to use it.

Thanks for the compliment. Great if, as is, it's included in the next patch(es). But please note: My WIA Weathers mod is not at v1.0 yet. I still need to merge some of the ideas and improvements from my ROP Weathers mod, which is nearly at v1.0.

Yes :w00t:

Testing new WIA.exe now and finalizing some other scripting fixes.

...and I've deciphered and included the Coastal Waters bugfix

OK, good. It's great that community members have the wherewithal to contribute to the game, as I used to do that with another company's game several years ago. With THIS game, though, I'm not familiar enough with the engine to try it. That's OK, though, I'd rather just play it and not experiment with it.
