Is there a leader database for BOA2? One exists for AACW but not one that I can find for BOA2. There was a link to a leader file in BOA1, but the link no longer exists.

Also is there a set of short biographies for the Revolutionary leaders as there is in AACW?

The silence on your post must mean no leader database.
No biographies for the game.
WIA or BOA2 may not need a leader database as much. Leaders do not change qualities as they advance. They do change qualities upward for success, but never a loss for as promotion.

There are biographies for the leaders in the game. Try running the French and Indian war scenario "Annus Miribilus" click on a leader hover the mouse over his portrait it should display a biography.

Hi.

I did an Excel file with the leaders of the 1812 Campaign, and the Blue side of the 1755 Campaign

Look the file in the post #8, this was the last version.

Other files can be interesting for the names but the values are not 100% right.

This is a great file. I am going to add to it a bit and re-post, if that is ok.
I do not see the 1812 file.
Do you know this, I think some leaders improve in values, like Washington, with success? This might be a good field to include.
